If you work a 9-5 and can only come on weekends you won’t get anything done here. They had me wait over 2 hours just to tell me they can’t do anything right now. All I had was a flat tire, I paid for the tire warranty and they said they couldn’t get it fixed until midday Monday.

I purchased a 2016 E400 Mercedes which I had for one week and then the roof stopped working after finally getting through to the Use Car Director they came and collected the vehicle to get it repaired and it has now been two weeks and they have not told me anything and they still have the vehicle

This is not a specific dealership issue on the process of returning a leased car. They do not give you paperwork confirming the condition they received the vehicle in and they do not confirm the amount owed which does not include the final lease payment. The customer is really at the mercy of MB....
