Was charged 237.50 total including 22 dollars for shop supplies- environmental waste. Told me car was flooded and was hazardous, after looking at it 15 minutes and they could not get parts for it anyway. Do not recommend them to anyone.

Given this discovery and the fact that the necessary parts were discontinued, we made the decision not to proceed with further diagnostics to avoid unnecessary charges for work we wouldn’t be able to complete.We understand your frustration and are truly sorry we couldn’t resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

I am very disappointed with Britany. In order to get off work on time, she rushed me to sign the contract and added a lot of unnecessary fees. I signed the contract in a daze. The next day I asked her to send me the list of fees, but she didn't do it. It's been 6 days!

Worse customer service i have ever experienced from a car dealer! Put a $500 deposit down on friday. Told us this guarantees us the car wont be sold to anyone else. Saturday they sold the car to someone else. No explanation. Just whoops sorry about that. Will never do business with them!

For this subframe warranty extension, we are required by Mercedes-Benz “Please thoroughly inspect the condition of the vehicle prior to beginning repairs and note to the customer any components that may be broken, worn or rusted. Pre-existing conditions are not covered” as directed, our technician inspected your vehicle, he noted significant rust and corrosion on several components connected to the rear subframe.We provided a quote that included potential costs of any of the rusted components that were noted during the inspection in case they were not able to be reused. However, we made it clear that if the parts remained intact and reusable, there would be no additional expense. Our goal is always to be upfront and transparent about necessary repairs and any associated costs, and we communicated this with both you and Mercedes customer care.We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and are committed to maintaining high standards in our service. We feel we did right in this situation by making you aware of the potential expenses that could be needed before starting the repair rather based on the condition of the vehicle.
