My advisor, Jared, was amazing. Besides waiting 4 1/2 hours for an oil change, my main concern was that they didn’t put air in my tires (low tire pressure light was on). If I’m paying $300+ for an oil change I expect to have everything that’s included.

Everything was fine. The car was well taken care of and there was a leaf in the fan which they took out but they didn’t explain if they were rotating the tires and all tires were only 34 psi after I got my car back when they should’ve been 43 so I had to go immediately to put air in my tires
