Came into the service department with some issues, but left feeling welcomed and appreciated by Mercedes Benz of Maitland. Even acted the way a typical entitled Mercedes owner acts, wanting this and that and done yesterday.No one flinched, everyone was there to serve and assist as best they can....

I purchased my Mercedes 1 1/2 years ago and although my experience with Mercedes Benz corporate has been awfull having my vehicle serviced at this location has been a great experience. Everyone from the porters to Ben my service rep was excellent.Thank you !

You guys stay away from this dealer once you provide your Social Security you will get probably 10 hart inquiry and next day you will get a couple more. Do not go to this dealership for service. Not only are the technicians negligent but they will flat out dismiss you when you address a concern about the quality of work performed. I brought my 2020 E Class to this dealership recently to have the windshield replaced with new OEM glass. A $2500+...

I went in for a service about 3 weeks ago and they forgot to put in new spark plugs. . I get a call today and I was told I was lucky they called me about this they could have let this slide and not do this. But charged me for service anyway. Bad service and not trustworthy service department
