Response from the owner Replied: When this was brought to our attention nearly a week after your purchase in July, we did make sure we were transparent with everything we did. We took a look at the video of your purchase where we presented the odometer statement to you and you did sign 2 copies stating the mileage along with several other documents that had it listed. Unfortunately, we didn't feel at that time we should have went back and negotiated a used vehicle price nearly a week later since we were transparent and it did not in any way adjust the original manufacturer's warranty. It was explained that our manager used it once on a work trip, but that's why we also ensured to update the documents. We hate that you felt after you purchased that we were dishonest, but we did ensure to update everything with the exact mileage prior to you signing or taking delivery of the vehicle. We also ensured to take care of the scratch immediately, and the vehicle was detailed as well, and were never aware of any "smells" as it was never brought to our attention. We hate you feel this way, but in no way were we every dishonest in our entire process.
